OUR CHILD PROTECTION STATEMENT ‘Our first concern will always be the welfare of your child. As a care provider for your child, I am required to follow the local authority child protection procedure. As a carer for your child I will at all times try to share with you any concerns I may have. However, there may be times when I have to talk to social services before I talk to you.’ During each session the staff to child ratio is 1:4 this includes parents on duty. Children will receive a drink and snack during the session of water/milk and a healthy snack of fruit/toast etc. Please feel free to bring in a favourite snack or fruit to share with the group. Please inform staff of any allergies, we are happy to cater for any special dietary needs. We accept children between the ages of 2-4 years. Parents do not have to stay but are welcome to, if preferred and a waiting area is provided. |
All staff have been CRB checked. We only allow staff
to take children to the toilet. All our staff take child protection
seriously.
